Yes it would be easiest to take a vial full and drop it in your orange juice. Don't do that. Watch the lines on the eye dropper and take the recommended dose. This liquid has more caffeine as coffee. The effect though is different from that of coffee. The caffeine is released more slowly. This means that the energy boost lasts longer and is more consistent, without the "high" and "low" that are sometimes associated with coffee. When taken in high doses for a long time, guarana is possibly unsafe. That being written it also also contains theobromine and theophylline, which can boost alertness, reduce fatigue, and improve cognitive performance. Guarana also contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

Works great. Better than I expected. If you have extreme fatigue, this will help you get through the day. I mix with either Gatorade or a cold coffee.

Guarana appears overrated
Fast delivery. Quality packaging. Howevee, despite touted high caffeine content my brain did not respond to the product (even 60 drops) close to the reaction to double or even single espresso.The price of this product equates with 15 small cans of Red Bull which is far better investement.
