I love the way this makes my oak floors look. They still look like wood and not plastic. Spills clean up easily and don't quickly soak into the floor. We did 3 coats, and made sure to let them cure. Not too shiney, but not flat and dull either. If I ever have to do wooden floors again, this is the brand I will use.
