Toddler Bamboo Pillow

I am in LOVE with the Bamboo pillows and have been for a while (2 christmas' ago I accidentally looked one of those guys in the eye in the kiosks in the middle of the mall on black friday and the rest is history... I left paying $50 for 2 queen size bamboo pillows... )they help with snoring, they help with allergies, they are the best if you have a bad neck (hello 5 herniated discs!), they are great no matter if you are a side, back, or stomach sleeper. So I am slowly buying these for everyone. These are for my two grandchildren. I even made little pillowcases for them this weekend. (soft and fuzzy of course).This product was a personal purchase for myself at the normal retail price. I am reviewing it solely because I want to share my experience with other potential customers. I bought this for my trip overseas because I’m allergic to down feathers. Packed great but became flat within 2 hours of sleep. Wish I had bought the next size up. Might have worked better.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas hoping to replace her old memory foam pillow. The first thing we noticed as other reviews mention is how tightly this thing is packed. I did as suggested and tossed this bad boy in the dryer for a bit and was rewarded with a huge fluffy pillow. In fact...it was a bit too fluffy. After a few nights with it my wife ended up nudging it off the bed when I slept to keep from hurting my feelings. How sweet of her.Well, after a week i asked her about the pillow and she finally told me how she really felt. It's just too damn big. It's overstuffed and lumpy. This is where i made my biggest mistake. I figured i had two options. I could admit defeat, contact Amazon and return, or modify the pillow. Never one to admit defeat gracefully, i cut the pillow open and removed about 30 percent of the stuffing. I actually dumped the extra stuffing into another pillow case and zipped it up, effectively making a lumpy leg pillow. It's been two weeks and my wife has finally given up on the modified pillow. She says its just too lumpy and i have to agree with her.If i hadn't mutilated the pillow i would ask for a refund, but i did so all i can do is warn others away. Maybe i got a bad pillow, but having seen the inside of this pillow and the wild variations in pricing i can tell you that it's not worth the price of a decent memory phone pillow. Mine was made of shredded memory foam from what looks like three different kinds of pillows (probably recycled or something) stuffed between two sheets of thin padding/foam. The best part of this pillow is the bamboo pillow case.If you're like me and use Amazon reviews to make informed buying decision, heed my warning and avoid the Bamboo Memory Foam pillow. I also purchased the "Toddler Bamboo Pillow" and had the same experience. I'll be copying this review to that product as well. I don't claim that all of the pillows are of this quality, but my two were. All i can do is vomit my opinion here and hope it helps someone make an informed decision.

Bamboo! It’s a bit larger than other toddler pillows. Not really a complaint, more of an observation. Otherwise no issues!

Arrived on time and as promised, although box was open when arrived??
