TLDR: An otherwise 5 star product hampered by the inclusion of PolyacrylamideI typically evaluate personal care products based primarily on ingredients, and secondarily on cost. There are simply too many individual variables to determine how they will work on each person.I checked each of the ingredients on the Environmental Working Group website. They use science-based reviews of products and ingredients to determine risks for Cancer, Allergies & Immunotoxicity, Developmental and Reproductive Toxicity, and Use Restrictions. Each ingredient is given a hazard rating from 1 (least) to 10 (worst). Polyacrylamide is used as a stabilizer and binder in lotions and other products. Though it is not a concern in itself, it is made up of repeating molecules of acrylamide, which is a strongly suspected carcinogen and has been linked to mammary tumors. Even tough polyacrylamides are too big to penetrate through the skin, they typically contain residual amounts of acrylamide. Yikes.Price is in line with other similar foot care productsOverall this is a great product excepting the inclusion of Polyacrylamide. That alone is enough to deduct a star.

Not inexpensive but it really works on dry feet.

I joke that I have alligator feet- I walk around barefoot pretty much all the time when around the house. Especially in the summer, I am in nothing but flip flops which do a number on my heels. It doesn't matter how much fancy foot peels, files, etc. that I use, they are all temporary unless I continue to slather on heavy duty stuff, most of which doesn't do all that great of a job.Bottom line: I didn't expect a miracle but had read amazing things about this product. I have to say, it pretty much lived up to the hype and I was pretty impressed. We recently returned from a trip where I was in flip flops walking all day every day, my skin was super dry, and my heels were even worse with no relief no matter what I did. I slathered a bunch of this on before bed one night, let it dry for several minutes so it wouldn't get on the sheets, then went to sleep. It was a bit lighter weight than I expected and wasn't at all greasy which was a very pleasant surprise. It had a very slight cooling/minty sensation and smell- not overpowering but I did notice it.I woke up the next morning and my feet didn't feel like baby feet by any stretch but they were smooth and softer than I'd been able to get for a long time. Several days later, my feet are already in much better shape than my terrible flip flops left them in. I'm not only impressed but am a believer- this stuff is awesome.

Pricey but can be worth it, especially if you're trying to get rid of the dryness and roughness of "summer feet." Works quickly too - I could feel a difference the first time I used it.
