Aero Race 6.0 Jersey

This jersey is definitely sized as "race-cut" meaning that unless you are accustomed to a second-skin fit, this jersey will seem ridiculously small/tight. If you want a more relaxed fit, I would NOT choose this specific jersey. I am 5'10" about 163lbs. and a 38" chest, 32" waist. I bought a Medium-sized jersey. When putting the jersey on, it will seem like you need to defy physics to squeeze into it. However, once you zip it up (yes, it will be tight), the compression feels good and the material is super-stretchy. The fit relaxes bit once you wear it a bit (maybe the fabric relaxes slightly when warm??) and once you get into a riding position, it feels great. The jersey has no excess material to flap around in the wind, so if you are self-conscious of your body, or perhaps if you are sporting a "dad-bod", then this jersey is probably not going to look or feel right for you. I think it's designed for guys who have a lean, athletic build.I've ridden this jersey comfortably in summer temps (high 80 deg F) for 1-4 hours and it breathes well (I do wear a thin sleeve-less base layer in both cool and hot temps). The build quality of the jersey is top-notch and the rear pockets are right where they should be. Can you get a similar jersey for 1/2 or 1/3 the price, yes, for sure, but there is something to be said about finely designed and constructed cycling kit. And most importantly, you do feel that you can go faster (whether your bike computer tells you it's true or not) and you can't put a price on believing you can go faster when you look like you can go faster.

The Jersey is completely amazing in feel, comfort, and materials. It is exactly what I wanted and needed. I normally wear large or medium shirts and ordered an XL. Unfortunately, the XL was quite small. It wasn’t even long enough. I had to return the first and get a 2XL.

Perfect fit, comfortable to wear stay on place and dry fit. Colors are beautiful.

Great jerseys and cycling kits. The entire line runs consistently very small though.

This looks like a nice jersey. Like the color scheme. Ordered an XL. I’m 6’ 195 and fit well in Pear Izumi XL. This one was labeled xl inside the jersey but was super tiny. I did try it on so my wife could loose it laughing. Then returned it. Not sure I would I got a bad one or if these are just micro sizing.

great jersey, buy true to size for proper fit. as with all castelli products, this jersey is not made for fat people. i am 6’0 172lbs and a medium fits perfect.

Ich fahre ausschließlich Castelli-Kleidung und weiß daher, welche Größe ich bei welchem Kleidungsstück benötige. Bei diesem Trikot bekommt man für das übliche M allerdings ungefähr ein XS. Das Label sagt zwar "M", das kann jedoch nicht stimmen! Das Trikot ist nicht nur etwas sondern deutlich zu klein und geht mir nicht mal bis zum Bauchnabel.Meiner Meinung nach kann es sich daher hier nur um falsch gelabelte Ware handeln. Ein echtes M habe ich definitiv nicht erhalten!

Ein wirklich tollen Rennradshirt, auch wenn der Preis auch stolz ist. Ich würde es eine Nummer größer kaufen. Ich habe bei 1,78 m und 71kg die Größe L gewählt, passt wie eine zweite Haut, wobei die Aero Race Teile noch etwas enger sind als die normalen Sachen.
