Without a doubt, the three dimensionality of the flame on this candle looks much more realistic than the others which have a flat piece for the flame. It looks good from any angle unlike others which you need to orient in in your direction or you don't get the full effect. This is the best one yet for looking realistic. I would pay more for a candle like this if I could get it with a remote control and in different colors. This company has a winner with this candle and should expand it's line. once you see it, you won't want any other type. My only suggestion would be if they could tint the flame slightly blue at the bottom and light orange around the very top it would be very difficult to tell it's an LED.

The candle is fantastic. The dancing flame superb. But, the timer is severely lacking. If you set it for 4 or 8 hours, it is supposed to come on every day at the same time. Mine comes on 15 minutes earlier every day. If I turn it on at 7:00 PM on Monday, it lights up at 6:45 on Tuesday, 6:30 on Wednesday, 6:15 on Thursday, and so on. It's not that big of a deal, but it's not as described. Every 2 or 3 days I shut it off, and turn it back on when it starts to get dark. Other than that it's great, very realistic looking. Visually, it's the best Electric Candle. The flame flickers and the top of the wax even brightens and dims independently. Extremely happy with the candle - disappointed with the timer.

Ever since I painted my home 6 years ago I've been trying not to burn real candles which I adore and so have been looking for flameless candles that give the same kind of lovely light. Until I purchased this candle, NOTHING even came close! Most have light that is recessed and very dim ad even if you use 4 or 5 in a group, the light is dim and really unimpressive. these candles by Elecand actually DO feel the most like real candles;the flame feels almost 3D and does move in a realistic fashion. I WANT MORE OF THEM! :-)

These candles are simply lovely and so realistic. I had a problem with one of the candles, the timer worked sporadically. I contacted the seller and their customer service was first class! They replaced the defective candle right a way. The candle is a lighter ivory than is represented in the picture. It's beautiful!

I am a prop designer/master in Charlotte NC and had a recent show where the director wanted the cast to be throughout the audience after intermission with all lights off lighting candles and proceeding toward the stage while singing the number to open the second half of the show. As I watched from back stage the actors had gotten maybe half way to the stage when the theater manager was angrily asking who had given me permission to brake fire code with real candles. When I told him they were fake he said he was standing right next to one of the actors and that no way were they fake. I had to put one in his hand for him to realize the truth. If you are looking for a safe realistic candle you need go no further.

love these candles they illuminate the essence of a real candle my husband asked me what I was doing putting real candles in the window the flame dances as it was lite by a match. will be purchasing more for gifts around the holidays. the candles are white in color not off white or yellow

My favorite of all my 'fake' candles. I like the ivory over the white ones and the real wax feel and loo are great. The best part is the timer function so I can fall asleep with it on and it shuts off in the night.

Looks pretty close to real.the"flame" moves. Very bright like it should be. On a timer, which to me is a drawback, but uses AA batteries, which outweigs the drawbacks.
