I bought this because I wanted cut down on the number of pills I take. I've had other combos that for whatever reason upset my stomach.The delivery arrived on time and packaging was intact. Please allow me to clear up another review that said the description is false about there being 3200 mg of Boswellia. Yes, the capsule only holds 500 mg of powder. I believe whoever wrote the description, however may have just erred in how they stated it. I think they meant to state the Boswellia is concentrated so that 300 mg of powder is 10x as potent.I have been taking a number of different herbal remedies for chronic pain, arthritis, chronic inflammation, Fibromyalgia symptoms and as cancer prevention. I gave it a month to see if there were noticable results.As with taking Ginger and Turmeric, you don't really notice the results, until you miss taking it.I have tried taking it alone, without any of my other daily herbal pain relivers, and with them. And skipped a couple days of this to see if I notice any difference. I noticed my arthritis is less bothersome with this added to my daily routine. Unless a storm rolls in. And the level 2-5 pain I experience daily is down to 0-3. I also noticed my ulcer, which had returned a few weeks ago, no longer bothers me.I highly recommend this for chronic pain and will be sending my daughter some to try out.Please click the "Helpful" button if you found this review helpful.

I have three degenerative diseases of the spine and take various supplements to deal with pain and inflammation. I recently read something about boswellia helping with osteoarthritis and decided to try this product. It has provided considerable relief and I can move with ease for the first time in years. I did not expect so much relief. Am very grateful. Will be a steady customer.

After being completely taken off of NSAIDS and any type of steroid treatments for health reasons I needed to find something that would help with my joint and muscle pain! After doing much research I thought these would be worth a try! So glad I made the purchase. My hip pain became so extreme it was hard to walk which is not normal for me and would wake me up in the night if I was sleeping. I noticed a difference after the first night I took my first capsule and by the end of the first week it is almost 100% gone, maybe a slight twinge periodically but I am able to get up and walk my 1-2 miles every morning and my sleep has been uninterrupted! I would highly recommend! It definitely helped me!

This stuff is magic, I told a friend of joint and back issues I've had for over 10 years, she recommended Boswellia serrata and i got this being the highest dosage I could find. Been taking it for almost 4 months religiously, 1 to 2 a morning immediately after waking and I feel like I did when I was a teenager most days... its phenomenal.

I bought this because I was having some horrible stomach & bowel issues where when I went #2 I had some issues with stuff that wasn't supposed to be showing up. after about a week of consistent usage, I noticed this actually cleared up the problem. when I stop using it for a day or two, the problem comes back so obviously need to see a dr. but, in the meantime, this actually stopped while taking the pills, the issue which I have been having for almost a year. long story short, try it out, if your body accepts natural remedies like mine does, you'll notice a difference. was not taken for pain relief, was taken for stomach/bowel issues.

I started taking it for sore muscles. It seems to work without side effects from prescription meds!

It seems to be working pretty good for me. Although losing weight by watching my diet and exercising, may have a little something to do with it. I have osteoarthritis in my left knee. At times the pain & stiffness was almost unbearable. I was told that since Cortizone shots were no longer working that knee replacement what is my best option. Surgery is a little scary to me so I really didn’t want that. I had a thought that maybe losing weight might help. Losing just 10 pounds helped relieve some of the pain& stiffness. It was about then that I was introduced to supplement Boswellia. It’s now been a few months since I started taking Boswellia and even though I haven’t lost that much more weight, the pain & stiffness are almost nonexistent! Oh I’m still aware I have arthritis and I probably will for the rest of my life. And I’m also sure that my losing weight and adjusting my diet definitely have something to do with it. But I’m pretty sure is the Boswellia that’s the “frosting on the cake”. After my first bottle ran out I didn’t take any for a month or so. The pain and stiffness start coming back. I bought some more and started taking it again, and just as before, The pain and stiffness it’s almost unnoticeable. But you draw your own conclusions.

I wanted to buy this to help with my joints, muscles and hip pain. It would be a struggle to lay on either hip at night and I would roll around all night. I could not lay on either hip for more than 20 minutes. I started taking these pills for over a month now and I notice that I can lay on either hip longer now and they don't aches as much anymore during the day! I take one in the morning and again another one at dinner time.
