This head set is perfect!! Comfortable with good clear sound and I love the volume and mute features!!

So I got the headset and the first thing I did immediately out of the package was set it up to check it and make sure it worked and I was told not by the instructions but on the site and product page itself that if the light is on on the volume control panel it means your mic is on but every time I would check on an online voice recorder to play back what it was hearing there was nothing no sound at all but I could go to YouTube and could hear YouTube through my headphones. So I tried turning off the light and hitting the mic button again and recording and that worked and I was able to hear myself back very clearly so be very careful if you’re trying to mute yourself on a call and under the impression that would be working properly it might be very embarrassing. So I always make sure you check playback with Microphone devices

I bought this headphone to use on zoom platforms, the unit is smaller than was stated in reviews, I do not have a overly big head, it is uncomfortable and not have a mute button on the cord, but it is too late to send back!!!***Update to my previous review of these headphones, the headphones worked pretty well with great sound quality, but was a little uncomfortable around my head, the seller saw my review and responded to me, the excellent customer relations with this company is impeccable, I also made a mistake stating that there was no mute button, but it definitely was a mute button, the seller offered to send me another upgraded set of headphones, to replace these because of the head issue, the replacement headphones are wonderful, they have the same great specs as far as sound quality and sturdyness as these, I really like to new headphones that the seller sent me, will get a lot of use out of them, totally great customer service by the seller, do not hesitate purchasing from this company!!!

I love this headset. I work from home, spending 9 hours at the computer. This is a very comfortable headset. The noise cancelling is amazing. No one can hear my 2 year old grandson yelling in the background. He can get loud when full of energy and playing. They cant even hear my yorkie barking like a crazy dog when someone comes to the door.

A few things you should know, the firmware was designed in such a way that when corrupted it simulates malware. In my experience, the device when plugged in the computer will disable all other input devices connected to the computer. I tried updating the drivers and that didn’t change the outcome. I took it to the IT department to see if it can be made to work in another way. It was tried on 6 different types of computers, 3 with win 10 and win 11. The problem occurs on each type without fail. The IT called the company that designed them and determined that there was no way to fix it. They asked for an order number to get a replacement sent. Luckily I ordered it on Amazon and returned it for a refund. I will not be getting a replacement.Base on the core design of their firmware, I do not trust it. It can be used for some potential hackers that simply want to disrupt your computer. Luckily the damage is not permanent to the machine if you have an updated antivirus or anti malware installed. I have asked the IT department and some programming friends, they advise to stay away from this for a few reasons: 1. QA is far below par to even allow this to happen. 2. The sheer error encountered displays major design flaws. 3. They have no way of updating and fixing the issue at the user level, showing lack of support.I tried in every way I could think of to make it work without success. Maybe let them update their firmware or do some redesigns for a while and consider returning. As of right now, I advise staying away from this product for the time being. Purchase at your own risk.
