DSM TM Professional Grade Grommet Machine w/ 2 Die Sets (#3 & #4) and 1000 Grommets Hand Eyelet Press Hole Punch Tool

If you do any amount of grommeting, you want a tool like this! This tool is so fun to use, you will start seeing the potential to grommet everything! It's very heavy, which is why the shipping is so high but also what makes it very durable. It puts grommets in like butter. It comes in 2 pieces assembled with a pin. Assembly is easy and takes 2 minutes. The bags holding the grommets in mine broke open, meaning I had 1000 mixed pieces of #3 and #4 grommets loose in the box which was slightly annoying.

I purchased this press and it arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Assembly was easy, simply attach the handle to the frame and install the upper and lower dies and you are ready to start pressing grommets. I've tested it on various combinations of fabric and plastic and it did a tremendous job. I suspect the negatives posted were because the user didn't use it properly because every grommet I pressed came out perfectly. I bolted it to a square piece of 1 by 12 lumber to give it a more stable base which I picked up at Lowe's for a buck. As others have noted, the included grommets are flimsy but you can purchase high quality grommets from a variety of vendors. ***Do not try to use the press to punch holes without a grommet in the die or you will probably jam it up The grommet is what actually does the cutting.*** For years and years, I hammered grommets in and it was a time consumptive process This tool made very quick work of installing a couple hundred grommets. With a little practice I was able to do 2 to 3 grommets per minute. You can spend quite a bit more, if you want to on more expensive machines, but I think you'll find this one more than adequate. Although the average user might not be able to do it, I made some custom dies and have used it as a handy bench arbor, too.

The grommet machine is a great tool, can't say a whole lot for the grommets themselves but they will do. I will be looking to purchase a better grade of grommets, in the near future.

This was a total waste of money for me, the dies do not line up and grommet correctly even with adjustments. Horrible quality product. Do not buy!

Defective Product = Sent Back - dont buy. find anther seller and make sure its not just a cheap cheap china made one. you can find those all ovcer the place for 50$

It is a very sturdy and reliable machine. I easily puts gromets in plastic and vinyl. I would recommend it.

I felt like this Machine was heavy duty enough for the uses we needed it for and it will last a very long time. The price could not be beat.

I bought this product because I got both the grommets and the machine for a great price and I am so grateful that I did. It was a really good buy and I am completely satisfied, works really well, I use it to put grommets on tarps. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone. Thank You
