I wasn't sure what to expect when I began taking these, As most be stated when I began taking them I guts went crazy, I started off with just one a day, then went to two. One in the morning and one in the evening, however, I found I would forget to take that one. So I started taking them both in the morning once again I experienced some gut distress. It seems to be leveling out and I definitely do not feel as bloated and gassy as I normally would so that's a good thing. I will buy this again when this bottled runs out.

The potency of 30 Billion is per suggested dose of 2 capsules and not per capsule. Thus potency per capsule is not 30 billion but15 billion only.This way I find the advertisement bit tricky. But I have observed that most of the manufacturers follow the same trick. Legally it may be acceptable but morally it should not be. Probiotic with potency of 15 billion per capsule may be less expensive, though I have not checked the price with other manufacturers.

I’ve been wanting to try probiotics for a while. I’ve read about some of the health benefits (lower cholesterol, weight loss, and digestive health) and I’ve been eager to try them. From the shopping I’ve done I’ve been a little hesitant to experiment since they can be pricey.I was offered the opportunity to try Premiva Ultra Probiotic for free based on an honest and fair review. After taking the product for 2 weeks, I have to admit that I have lost a few pounds. I don’t know that I can contribute the weight loss to the probiotics explicitly but my diet and exercise has been consistent both before and during taking the product.However, what I’ve noticed most is that the product seems to have made me feel bloated and gassy. I assumed those effects might go away once my body had became accustomed to the probiotics but the feeling hasn’t diminished. I’m not sure that I’ll continue to take the product. I’m guessing everyone probably reacts differently to probiotics. I just don’t think they’re right for me.
