Why does the anchor spin inside the wall during installation?

This is caused by over-tightening. Slowly screw it in until it's flush with the wall – there's no need to over-tighten (over-tightening can cause the anchor to spin inside the wall).

If you're dealing with solid or thickly coated walls, lightly tap part of the anchor into the wall with a hammer before screwing it in.

Will the anchor break during use?

This product is made from durable nylon, and with proper installation, it is unlikely to break. If your wall or coating is particularly thick, screw it in slowly.
