I would say more like a tajin but without the acidito/spicy taste the tajin has this one is more sweet. Perfect for fruits honestly!

Why are they wet at the bottom?

Does it go good on corn?

At least in Mexico, Miguelito Chili Powder is used mostly as sweet and sour seasoning for sweet fruits like mangos, apples, watermelon, papaya and vegetables like carrots, cucumbers and jicamas. I have never tried on corn but you can try :)
