The pipe is beautiful but the down spout arrived broken. Can’t return broken glass to get my money back so now I have to go out and find a new spout that fits.Sad story but they could do a better job packing this glass delicate item. I want my money back without having to ship some broken glass pieces

The down stem was broken when I got it this morning

I bought this for a friend as a bday present. It is exactly as pictured! It's very pretty sturdy and has a nice sized bowl. Its also easy to smoke... Stays lit. My friend loves it and it arrived a day early!
