I'm a disabled veteran with severe muscle spasms in my lower back and legs to the point where I'm considered legally disabled. This massage gun has helped so much I can't put it into words... I didn't believe the hype but I've tried so many other things over the last 10 years that I felt I didn't have much to lose. It relieves pain and stops my spasms midattack... no joke or exaggeration. I do need help when I need to apply it to my lower back but my partner says it's more a problem and it's easy on her hands too. I've saved so much money not having to go to a massage therapist every week too! Apply gently at first and increase your intensity and pressure as needed. I can't recommend this enough, especially to people with chronic pain.

I’ve heard tons of people talk about how great this power massager is but I was intimidated to get it because I wasn’t sure if I’d know how to use it. I finally decided to give it a try because my boyfriend was having neck pain. And to my surprise, this whole set even came with a manual on how to use each attachment and how it’ll benefit each muscle group! I love how many different speed settings it has and how you can customize it for your need. The handle itself has some weight to it but it’s nothing crazy. It actually helps you with targeting the specific muscles or joints you need. I highly recommend this product. The first day you get it, you’re going to be giving everyone back massages! It’s a very good investment!

I need DEEP tissue massage, this helps me alot

I suffer with a fused spine and often get back pain. I bought one of those hand held massagers and would use that along with a neck massager to help give me some relief. I visited a friend who had a gun and I was in awe. I didn’t even know this thing existed. So immediately I ordered one. I chose this one based on the price and reviews. A plus was the carrying case. Easy to use and love the fact that it has so many different heads. I use it on medium most of the time. Medium speed is perfect. So far have had no issues. I would recommend this product!

Can’t say more about this other than get it. Well worth any price for one to get a massage in the comfort of your home and two now to hurt your hands giving a massage. This does everything
