Awesome diaper! Even better with baby diaper inside acting as a doubler, just poke a hole in the baby diaper and fold the tabs downward onto the adult diaper to avoid a wedgie. Wetting while laying down I've only had once, to be fair I forgot to activate the leak gathers which are tall. These also have a waist band in the back that really helps prevent sagging downwards, at this price point you'd be hard pressed to look elsewhere for something this reliable.

I absolutely love this diaper. This particular one lasts me 6-8 hours. I'm very active and work as a mechanic in a garage and these diapers hold up to the abuse. They rarely leak and the absorbent material doesn't fall apart and clump up in the middle. As for sleeping. It has only leaked when I sleep on my side, which is easy to avoid by not doing that. Other than that. No leaks and no odor. And a full nights sleep.Now one thing I dislike about these diapers is the size. I am 5'7 155 lbs 24.50 BMI. The waist is fine however, the part that goes around the thighs seems to be to small. This is where the price comes in. The price is the best bang for the buck and absorbance, but it's for a case. I don't want to try the next size up and be stuck with a case of the wrong size diaper. We need an option to buy just a single bag.

These diapers are the best cloth-backed diapers I've ever used. They are very absorbent (they last about 8 hours during the day; I'm a fairly light wetter). They are very quiet, which is typical of cloth-backed diapers. The leg gatherers do need to be popped up before putting the diaper on as they are lightly glued down, but I've never had an issue with them breaking or not working.

I bought these for the last six months and I reordered some but they were out of the extra large so I ordered another brand big mistake! No other even close to this brand! My mom is 91 years old and I have to put a diaper on her at night it, holds the entire night the other brand that I put on her the elastic tabs would not hold and I ended up having to put heavy-duty tape on the diaper to hold it! Trust me I've used a lot others these R the very best! The other brand that I have, still have like 50 some odd diapers, but I threw them out!

The product quality is still the best. The 1 star rating is due to the fact that when I opened the sealed packet that was supposed to have 25 diapers but only had 24. So I opened another packet and again it only contained 24 and same dor the lazt pkt..the whole case was missing three. There you should really count the diapers that's inside the unopened packets as some times the count is incorrect.My son has been using Depend, Tena, and Prevail overnight diapers, however non of the mentioned brands could keep my son dry overnight. Finally I came across the SENI brand and thought I'll give it a try, it's been three nights now and so far no leaks. Even though it's only three days of positive results, I cannot remember the last time he stayed dry overnight whilst using the other brands. So I thought I'll spend a bit of time to write a recommendation of this product to all. Thank you.

These briefs are my new go to. They are quick to absorb and lock it away. Over several months of using them i've never had a leak yet! They also hold up well against sagging and clumping even while hiking. These tapes/ fasteners are really good even when you have to re-tape they hold just as well. Highly recommend.The price does fluctuate on amazon so if you do subscribe and save the savings may be wiped out if you buy one during the high price periods.

Better than Abena M4. These diapers are super absorbent and they almost never leak. The tapes are amazing and there is an elastic at the front and the back.

They are very thin, and don't have a whole lot of absorbent material compared to others in the same price range. They fit narrower between the legs, but wider at the waist. I do like the waist band elastics front and rear though, that's nice. They are soft, but have a very generic look and feel to them. Honestly, the Medline Extended Wear are a much better value for your dollar.
