It’s perfect for heavy flow! I got these for post partum life, but will continue using for life! I adore how these really do cover everything like the front and back part without it being bulky at all. These should just be considered overnight or all day wear lol. Am seeing myself use for the first heavy days then switching to another preferred brand for light flow days:)

Pads are nice & long, so that you don't have to worry about leakage.

My daughters don't love wearing pads, but sometimes it's necessary for heavy flow days. I was worried about the toxic materials that they use with feminine products, but Lefresh has none of the junk, but is light, and comfortable so my daughters don't worry about them showing under their clothes!

Adhesive could be better, but overall this is a good product.
