Great quality product for just what I needed
I joined the pandemic break making train and decided that I would pay it forward by making some mini loaves to add to our community fridge and share with friends - rather than just the traditional larger ones. This tray is perfect. The baked loaves do not stick, the neat little holes in the bottom ensure even baking and a nice bottom crust, and it does well in the dishwasher. I highly recommend this product.

SPRAY!
Make sure to spray very liberally as this pan tends to stick- makes nice sized buns, especially for sliders and dinner rolls.

Silicone Partially Melted Into Dough
With good silicone that is properly heat treated, it can survive at least 100C over the advertised temperature for very short durations. However, baking at 375F (190C) for 20 minutes got the top layer of the plastic to melt into my bread when pulling it out. Even with temperature fluctuations, there is no way that the oven heating element got to or above the rated 230C. The standard recipe is the classic wheat flour, salt, and water with a vegetable oil spray down of the tray to keep from sticking. Unfortunately, this piece did not survive the first bake as the holes deformed at the bottom with some of the rubber sticking to the bread. This went in the trash after cleaning the metal rack it rested on in the oven.

Overall a good pan for sandwich rolls/mini bread loaves
First and foremost, I would recommend this pan.It makes very cool rolls/mini loaves you can use for sandwiches or for mini bread loafs you can present with a meal. You can see the water rolls I produced my very first time trying this pan in the photo included with this review. The only reason I did not give this a full five stars is because the silicone, which is not reinforced, is difficult to handle.Being more specific, the handles are essentially useless because when you lift the pan by them the middle sags.To keep the pan level you basically have to pull outward on both handles; which can be very tricky, particularly when you are wearing oven mitts.Instead of transporting this the way you would a traditional metal pan, it is therefore best if you use something like a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan to support it when moving from place to placeAnother important feature to keep in mind when deciding if this is the right pan for you are the perforations in the bottom. While these are ideal for getting a nice crispy even bake on bread/rolls, they will not hold quick breads or cakes, unless you want to line each individual mold. For those of you who like to bake in counter top ovens, you will probably want to double check the dimensions before pushing the buy button on this pan.I was somewhat surprised this pan did not fit into my rather large air fryer/toaster combo, but not really bothered because I find bread always comes out better in my full size oven.Still, if you only have or prefer to use a smaller oven, the size might be a more important factor for you.Ending on a positive note, my rolls popped right out of this mold and it was very easy to clean.Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this baking tray/mold to some bakers based on how you feel about its strengths and limitations. It can produce eight sandwich size rolls or adorable mini loaves of bread, so bakers can have a lot fun creating with this.

Beautifil mini-baguette silicone tray
In the last year I have spent a lot of time using my Breville convection and counter top / toaster oven. I've really started noticing that my results are far more predictable and consistent than with my full size gas oven. That being the case, 9x13 is really the sweet spot for me.Baguette cooking trays are notoriously hard to get in smaller sizes that fit within a 9x13 profile! Almost impossible! Some years ago I had really fallen in love with a couple heavy duty metal "little breads" bread pans that I had picked up for making mini loaves of regular bread, banana bread and more. This got me thinking... is there? Is there? There is!This of course is not the traditional length or ratio of baguette. If you are okay with that, need something that will fit within 9x13 or are looking for a baguette solution for smaller ovens, this tray has been an absolute marvel. I love it. It's easy to use, easy to clean and brings great results.I rated it 5 stars because it's fitting a niche spot that I really struggled to find a product to fit, it's well made and I wouldn't change much. If I could change one thing-- I wish it had a little more structural rigidity or even a metal frame inside. It's floppy like most silicone bakeware, and while I am OK with it, it is a little more to be dealt with, pulling it out onto a cookie tray or something else so it doesn't mini breads potentially fall out onto the floor.Fully satisfied nonetheless, no concerns recommending!
