Mostly easy assembly
Solid built altho the packaging was damaged by the time it arrived. Everything was simple to assembled except the drawer slides need much better instructions than the one photo that barely shows anything

Bad instructions
It looks good when it's finished, but it's a pain in the you know what to put together. The directions are basically just pictures, so at times it's a guessing game. I definitely wouldn't recommend unless you have 3 to 4 hours of free time.

Quality Unit
Pros: This vanity is a much higher quality than others in its price range. It is mostly made of durable plywood, with drawers made of beautiful solid wood, and a small amount of non-structural pieces that are partially MDF. It has easy built in adjustments so I was able to make some necessary slight adjustments to door/drawer height/position in order to get a high quality even look. The hardware is high quality and easy to install. The overall look and feel of this unit would have earned it 5 stars, had it not been for a few cons: Packaging sucks! They literally wrap cardboard around a stack of panels with a miniscule amount of wafer thin crappy messy foam padding. There was absolutely no support for the box, which fell apart moving it from the porch 10 feet into my house. Surprisingly, there was no damage to faces, structural, or visible pieces, but for God's sakes add some support for the box and some thicker tougher padding. The only other issue is that it takes a moderate amount of woodworking ability to assemble properly. I had to sand the slots and some of the dovetails to make sure they fit without tearing out laminate, which was successful. I had to make a few new holes where the pre-drilled ones didn't line up, and I had to use bar clamps to help pull the drawer pieces together completely. Wood glue is not included. I used Gorilla brand, but Tite-Bond or Elmers would do fine. Summary: If you have a bit of woodworking knowledge, a few basic tools, and a couple of hours to really take your time with the build, you will end up with a very nice looking, sturdy, and functional vanity for about half the cost of a comparable pre-assembled product. I would definitely purchase again.
