This Aria Beauty hair straightener is exceptional in function and looks. The outer box reminded me of Johnny Walker, if they made a pink version of their Blue, it would come in a box like this. The packaging does make this one giftable. The rose gold color is silky and beautiful as well, and stands out against most of the other tools. The heat up is fast, and compared to my other ones, it hits the really hot settings faster. I have thick hair so I generally use everything on pretty much highest heat setting but with this one, I dont need it at the very highest. It straightens perfectly, not sure if the ion is making it smoother or the flatness is making it look glossy, but looks great either way.

Aria Beauty Stand Out 1" ROSE GOLD Infrared Straightener Flat Iron. I ordered this straightener after watching a Youtube video by Wigs with Steph who highly recommended this brand. The straightener is packaged in a nice sturdy box which is perfect for gift giving. The rose gold color is very pretty. There is a digital display on the top which indicates the temperature selection. There are 14 different temperatures ranging between 190 and 450. The center button is the power button. The buttons to each side are for adjusting the temperature up and down. The iron heats up very fast. Once the selected temperature is achieved the number on the display goes from flashing to solid. The straightener glided smoothly over human hair and heat friendly synthetic fibers. I used this to remove spiral curls and was very happy with the results. Some curls straightened in one pass, a few took two passes. I am very impressed with this hair straightener.

The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty color and smooth to hold and use. It frequently pulled at my hair though, so that’s the only reason for a lowered star value. The cord is very long and almost industrial, like a vacuum cord. The digital display shows your temp option and counts up to your desired temp so you know how long it takes to get there. The power and temperature control buttons are on the inside and away from your hand holding the base which is nice because it prevents it from getting accidentally turned off or unknowingly changing the temp while in use. Overall it is a really solid choice, but kind of pricey.

I REALLY wanted to love this flat iron, but it didn’t perform nearly as well as my current (much cheaper) flat iron. I will start by saying that this flat iron looks beautiful, has an extra long cord, and has perfectly placed buttons. I like that I don’t accidentally change settings because of the button placement. Now for the bad. I have very fine hair. The floating plates nip and snag causing breakage. I thought giving the iron time to break in would solve the problem, but nearly a month later it is still just as bad. I am going to save my hair the damage and go back to my old flat iron.

This straightener arrives in a beautiful box where you can store it. The iron heats up fast and quickly straightens hair, making it silky soft and very shiny! The straightener looks beautiful in its rose gold color, and it’s easy to hold. It comes with full instructions and how to even use this item as a curling iron. I wish it came with a travel bag, but it does not. The price is high, but this is a highly professional, quality item with tourmaline technology and ceramic plates that you would find in a hair salon, so it is worth the price!

This flat iron isn't just for straightening hair. I have straight hair and used it to crimp my layers, which added texture and volume.This iron is heat adjustable up to 450 degrees and it heats up really, really fast! The handle stays cool and the controls are on the inside of the handle, so there's no risk of hitting them by accident. The swivel cord makes it easy to use and rotate through your hair. The auto shut off is also a nice feature.The only thing I wish this iron had is some kind of kick stand or heat proof bag, to keep it off surfaces while cooling. While I don't think the outside gets hot enough to burn a surface, I'd rather not rest it on my counter when hot. But overall, this rose colored iron gets 5 stars from me!

This Flat Iron is nice. I used this iron to straighten my hair but especially one section that is a little curly. The iron worked great, and I love how it makes my hair look.The box comes with an iron with an attached electrical cord. The inside bottom section of the iron has 3 buttons. The top button raises the heat of the iron, the middle button turns the iron on and off, and the bottom button lowers the temperature of the iron. There is an LED screen on the top of the iron that lights up with the temperature of the iron. Instructions are included.I will be recommending this Flat Iron to family and friends.

This hair straightener heats up pretty quickly, and does a good job at straightening and curling my hair, and leaves it looking shiny.There are a couple things that aren't ideal, though, in my opinion. One is that I wish it came with a case. It says not to wrap the cord around the device, so storage isn't easy without a case and way to corral the cord.My main issue, though, is the hinge. The hinge is on the handle area, and it is SO easy for me to pinch myself, and it hurts, and comes as a bit of a shock, which isn't ideal when holding something hot. I wonder why it was designed to have the hinge up so high.If you're less clumsy than I am, and can be careful to avoid that part of the handle, it is a good flat iron.
