(Using husband's account)I never write reviews, but I'm so in love with this scooter, I had to. This is so perfect for my 3 year old! He's tried a handful of regular scooters (two wheels), but didn't have enough confidence or trust in himself to do them on his own. He'd put two feet on and my husband or I had to push while trying to keep the balance. Not easy to do especially when you're 6 months pregnant. Well, my husband bought him a two wheel razor scooter for an early birthday gift thinking he was finally ready to handle it.. He was so afraid to put a foot on it though and we put it aside. I felt really bad about it, did some searching and found this scooter. As soon as I seen the 3 wheels I was halfway sold on it. Once I read through the description though I was completely sold. Still skeptical though because that's just how I am with purchasing anything online. I honestly thought it was going to be a decent purchase. Never expected it'd be this good! Super easy to assemble, very good quality, easy to use. My son was disappointed when he seen yet another scooter until I told him to try it before dismissing it. He instantly fell in love! He went from not knowing how to use a scooter with zero confidence, in only a week, he's now a pro! The most confident I've seen him on anything. He's even doing tricks! HUGE transformation. If you have a tot you want to get a scooter for, this is the perfect one to help them learn! My son begs to go on his every single day since he got it. Most favorite purchase from Amazon, period. Never been this happy about an online purchase!

Scooter seems mechanically well made. Assembly & height adjustment were simple. Wheel lights are not very bright so it was hard to tell that they were functioning at first. Deck lights do not work at all. Put in batteries, pulled them out & tested. All good. Put them back in & nothing. Chatted with the customer service @ Jetson. They offered to do a warranty replacement or I could return to Amazon. Grandson loves the scooter even without the deck lights so I'm going to keep it. He's 3 so not likely to be riding it after dark anyway. If I had paid full price, I would be more inclined to return it but at the discounted price, it's equivalent to the unlighted scooters. We may open it up & see if it's just a loose wire or something at some point but, for now, it's fine.

THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND I LOOK FOR SOMETHING TO BE STURDY AND YET COOL LOOKING FOR A 6 YEAR OLD AND I WILL SAY IT MET ALL THESE EXPECTATIONS.

Just very natural way for your child to learn how to ride a scooter. My 3 year old within a week was fully able to control. Purchased for neighbor’s child for birthday!

got my daughter this. don’t like the rock to steer would have really liked to have a turn handle standard steering. I also received this with some of the lights not working. didn’t have time to return it and that wasn’t a deal breaker.

My daughter loves this scooter, BUT the first time I received it, the only thing that came was the base. Then they kindly sent a replacement as I returned the original. Then the replacement came and one of the wheels doesn’t light up. Amazon told me I cannot ask for a replacement. We shall see.

Got initial unit for Xmas. Deck lights didn’t work and wheels were hit or miss and very faint when they hit. Sent it back for a replacement that worked initially but the lights are way less than 50% reliable. Kid loves the ride and it’s fun. Just don’t buy it for the lights because they’re dim, buried in the wheels for protection (understandable), and unreliable.
