Mavel Star 12v dc Submersible Mini Water pump PC Cpu Water Cooling Pump 63 GPH

I was in a pinch after my alphacool pump died and I didn't have much money so I purchased this on Prime and it showed up the next day. It actually worked extremely well and handled cooling my hard modified overclocked GTX 970 awesomely. It has work out so well that I actually haven't bothered replacing it.

I like that this pump has a decent flow rate without an absurd amount of noise. It’s certainly not silent so if you expect low noise change your expectations. It would be nice if a power supply was included but they clearly stated it didn’t come with one so I had already prepared accordingly.

I used this for a mini,swamp cooler I made from an old USB desk dehumidifier and it pumps cold water nicely,a few years now and has been great

I did not expect much of this pump. I expected it to leak and be too noisy. Turns out it did not leak and did not make too much noise, even if used unsubmerged - but I use it to pump coolant, so it hasn't overheated as well. Its motor is more powerful (2x) than the ones in cpu pump+reservoir kits. A good buy so far - let's see how long it will last.

I ordered one of these, but what came was NOT like the picture. It has a "Mavel Star" Label, but the pump body that arrived has no cooling fins. Also, the picture shoes Red and Black wires, but what came has a 22awg black plastic cable ( which I guess will have the Red and Black wires inside the black plastic jacket ? ). I'm hoping that what I received is as GOOD as all the reviews, that were clearly for a different pump. I will comment further, after I have run it for a while. - Don -

Less than a week. Less than ONE week and this thing completely failed. AND!!! on the day my solenoid arrived BUT before I installed it. 5 gallons of water on the floor -thank god I put a tarp down otherwise id be screwed! This thing is a piece of crap.

This is a small pump that works way better than I expected. I've had it wired and running for a couple of months, with zero issues. I ordered a second one.

Mavel Star contacted me and sent me a new pump to replace my defective one. This is always a good thing to see.This little pump is pretty powerful for its size. I do not have the equipment to provide metrics, but judging by the turbulence in the reservoir it's connected to, it pumps about the same as a Laing D5 at 2 or 3 speed.Very happy with it for what I'm using it for, a PC radiator/waterblock flushing setup. I'd say it is capable of powering a dirt-cheap cooling loop, if a $40 loop sounds like a fun project to mess around with.

Todavía no lo había ocupado y ya estaba cuartiado, decidí pegarlo y pues no me funciona muy bien, no lo recomiendo
