I purchased the extra larger (XL) Timberland socks as I have previously owned the large, which were good but not quite long enough. I were a men's size 12 shoes and these are the perfect length as they come up about half way on my calf.These socks are a little thicker than other black socks, which adds to the comfort. Some other brands were so thin it was almost like wearing pantyhose.Finally, they stay up on my leg. They are not too tight either.Overall they are now my favorite black socks. I highly recommend them.

Good socks if you need compression socks but others are too tight. Have bought these before and they really last. They're not marketed as compression socks but they should be. The six pack will last you many years.

It's very hard for my husband to find good socks. He wears a 15EEE shoe so that's the first hurdle. He's also had both knees replaced and his calves are a little bigger because of that. Second hurdle. These socks overcome the first, but they're a little tight on his calves, so while they're wearable, by the end of the day, they do hurt a bit. The footbed is comfortable, the toebed isn't scrunched at all, they wash great, don't stretch out, which is both good and bad, and overall, are a good buy, but that upper band could stretch just a bit more and they'd be perfect.

Long time Timberland socks customer here, for probably15 years now. And I have some that go back that far still. These are better than the last new Timberlands I ordered, which started wearing out almost immediately. They are a bit thinner than my older ones but that's not a bad thing. So far so good

I can never find stocks that fit. These are one of the few that I found in a bigger size. They're good quality and they don't shrink. My go to socks

I wear size 11 1/2 shoes, so I figured these socks said to be for size 15 to 18 should be loose.Forget it! They're too tight for my size 11 1/2 feet. I can't imagine anyone with size 18 feet pulling them on without crushing their blood supply!I guess I'll have to look for size 19 socks now, if I can find them.
