Good quality and worth full product

My cat hair trimming has become very easy with this purchase. Performance is good.

I purchased a dog trimmer from your store, but after charging and using it, the trimmer is overheating very badly. While charging, the battery is getting overheated and even started melting. Because of this issue, I am very disappointed and not satisfied with the product quality. Therefore, I would like to request a refund for this product. Please let me know the return and refund process as soon as possible.

All good just that my package didn't have a scissor and a steel comb....as shown in the picture...i got a plastic comb instead...which looks a cheap one...other than this issue...the clipper is good...product is overall nice...

It's an amazing product for dogs hair cut

I had high hopes for this dog trimmer, but unfortunately, it completely missed the mark. First off, the motor is way too weak — it struggles to get through even slightly thick fur, making grooming a stressful and time-consuming process for both me and my dog. The blades dull quickly, and the trimmer pulls the hair instead of cutting it cleanly, which made my pet visibly uncomfortable. The battery life is another issue — it dies after barely 15 minutes of use, even after a full charge. And don’t even get me started on the noise level. It’s advertised as “quiet,” but it’s loud enough to spook my dog every time I turn it on. Overall, it feels cheap, underpowered, and not suitable for regular use. I’d rather spend a bit more on something reliable than struggle with this again. Definitely not recommended

Ok Just got my new clippers today June 26 2020. Was looking for a great tool that can cut my standard poodles & Doodles! The standard poodles have thicker coats and basic trimmers just bog down. Will post more photos but this is my Mekoo's before and after on a quick trim I did today on his face and feet with no guard. Plus I used the 9 guard and trimmed his body. Another trimmer I had would have taken hours to do the same! I have arthritis in my hands and this made the job so much easier!! Only charged for 2 hours and did the job no problems. Was actually very quiet too for a trimmer. Again will update more pictures and videos when I trim our cream poodle this weekend! He is extremely curly so hoping the shaver works just as good. It literally was so smooth with no guard on I was happily surprised. I don't like to pay people to do something I can do myself. I find that wasting money on a groomer is just wrong if you have the patience and time to do it yourself! ANYONE can do this! Take your time watch some YouTube videos on the breed you have and how to trim them! Even if you cut too short do not worry it WILL GROW BACK! Hope my review helps people to just buy it and try it. BTW this is my 3rd trimmer in 3 months been trying to find one that actually works on THICK POODLE COATS and I found a winner!!

Amazing shaver, clipped my cat fur with ease, the accessories was very handy indeed, wished instead of US plug, a UK plug cld be replaced, other than that the item was fantastic. Thank you for having such a product!
