A little bitter
Amazing for caffeine I was not fan of the taste

Does exactly what it promises
I was really impressed with the energy pick-up I got after just 10 minutes. The effects lasted well and I didn’t get any kind of slump as the effects wore off. Much better flavour than other gums I’ve previously tried too. Highly recommended.

A bit misleading
If you’re used to Monster, Relentless etc energy drinks then you’ll need 2 chews to get that level of caffeine. They’re more convenient than a can of energy drink and apparently hit your system quicker. I wouldn’t say they’re better than an energy drink, just a bit more fast acting and convenient. They work out slightly cheaper too.

This works !!
I took one of these at 13.40, effects kicked in after 15 mins and kept going until 15.30 ! It helped that I was already working on a task and was able to be more focused after 1 piece. No jitters or crash afterwards, just mellow !

It’s got a quite foul taste once the mint and sweetener wears off. Maybe a few chews with the mint flavour but afterwards it just tastes really weird. I just tried it and it actually works I’ve never done so much work
