Excellent product! Dissolves completely in water (I use it in slightly warm water) and does not have any discernible 'feel' in your mouth, which is what I was most worried about. It DOES have a very slight nutty/almond flavor, which isn't off-putting to me. Really would be an easy addition to your morning coffee. And a scoop a day really does help curb cravings and lessens my hunger. Very pleased with the price, the quality, the instructions and packaging, and at a fair price.

Great product and at a great price! No taste and easy to mix into yogurt or morning drink. Works well and has definitely decreased bathroom time!

Wonder powder. My Gastrointestinal suggests it. Fast working. No taste. Only problem is the price a bit steep

I suffered from severe bloating and constipation. I switched from my previous fiber supplement to this one and after one month I saw a huge difference. My bloating decreased significantly, my cravings decreased, and I had healthy bowel movements. I love that there's no gross texture or taste. This stuff was a game changer for me. I'm only giving it four stars instead of five because sometimes it makes my stool soft to the point where it's hard to pass, so sometimes I have to skip a day or two. Besides that, I'm so grateful for this supplement it's brought me so much relief.

Love love love this! It's so easy to take and I feel a difference when I skip a day. It's helped to regulate my IBS-D symptoms without the usual fiber bloat. Love that it disinfectant l disorganized l dissolves completely. I just drink it with a glass of cool water and it's smooth. There is a slight nutty taste but I kinda like it. Signed up for auto ship so I don't run out.

Mixes well into my morning coffee - doesn’t ever clump and I don’t taste it. Helps me meet my fiber goals. I use an app to make sure I choose high quality supplements, and this one is great.

My Gastro suggested this and it works well for me. Dissolves well in hot beverage with no after taste or flavor change. Needs to be stirred in completely. Easy to adjust dose Didn’t seem to dissolve well in cold beverage but if you are juicing with a blender probable not a problem.
