Poor quality embroidery - whatever it is supposed to be, the wording on back & sides is unreadable

Color and fit were perfect, but the stitching was crooked. I complained to the vendor and they refunded my money immediately. I asked where to return the hat and they said, "just keep it." So I did. It looks a little funny, so I use it for a garage hat, not something to wear to Friday Night Motocross. Excellent customer service more than made up for inferior quality control.
