I bought these initially for my 3 year old. She has a necklace she wants to wear all the time and I was concerned over potential strangulation risks and her breaking the chain. These magnetic clasps mean they pull apart when necessary but are strong enough not to unclip when gently pulled. As an added bonus she can now take it on and off herself.I've also used on on my necklace to stop it being broken again, due to having 3 lunatic kids who like to hang off me.They look good, are easy to fit and are not too heavy. Although they are heavier than a standard clasp.Would definitely buy again.

Poor quality. 3 of the chains were defective with fused, incomplete or broken links. 2 of the lobster clasps were insecure with jaws that did not meet. Only positive is that they were cheap so didn’t waste too much money

Work really well and are great for extending chains. I liked it so much that I bought another, for a friend.
