Nice product worth buying it

Within 5months of purchase multiple problems arrived..speed of the wheel chair is very low even in fullest speed its getting most slow, screw of the large wheel are coming out and disorientation of the direction occuring, joy stick is also getting non functional some times.In such situations I have complainee to customer care they took about 10 days to lodge the complaint. Behaviour of Customer support is very much poor.The sales personnel Dharmendra is not responding and disconnecting my call.In such situation they want me to keep this faulty wheel chair wd me and offering servicing at their Head office at Punjab, my location is in Kolkata. So they want me to stay without the power whell chair till the time they service ut at their place. But at purchase they committed to get service at my location.Each time they are asking for video, picture, explanation of problem to numerous people multiple time, but no resolution providedThe people of EVOX are so insensitive that they asking a wheel chair bound patient working person to stay without wheel chair..no alternative they are providing to me nor they providing services at my placeThis company should not be allowed to deal with people like physically challenged as they are having no sensitive mind to such patientOut of this customer service and fradulance and harrassment definitely it will be complainted at consumer help desk
