I bought this Smart Lock because many of my friends recommended it to me. I have to say it was better than I expected. Its design is unique and makes my home look very elegant. And best of all, its installation does not require much, it is very easy. The online support team helped me with my questions. I no longer worry about my keys, my door is always locked and no one accesses it without my knowledge. I really liked that I can generate many users to access, for my family, friends and other people. It is very easy to access my house with my cell phone, fingerprint and card. And best of all, in an emergency, I can send an access code for other people to arrive. Also the record of who entered, what day and at what time helps me a lot to control access. I highly recommend it for home, office, airbnb, or a private interior room. Thanks for everything, it is a good product that we all need in our life.

Bought 3 locks less than 1 year ago and 2 of the locks currently don’t work. I had the doors prepped for locks therefore I am stucked having to buy 2 more of the same lock. Very frustrating!!!

Installed one on the front door and one on the back door. Quick and easy install of this well made and sturdy lock. Love the fingerprint access which allows quick and easy access. Spoken words by the lock and visual green/red show that the fingerprint was/wasn't accepted. Set the lock to auto lock itself after your chosen amount of time. Highly recommended product.

Worked fine at first. After two months the fingerprint will not work at all and the whole door knob kept dying. Still cant get fingerprint to work, it doesnt light up or anything.

it was the worst purchase, we installed it with a professional locksmith for smart locks, immediately saw it told me about security problems. my door is safety metal because it is the front door, the width did not match the lock, additional only has a lock tab; that is unsafe. same to her install since we've invested money. In the week of use I realized that this is closed is not locked, all possible contacts have been made with Amazon and the company, and they do not respond, nor do they give a solution; this product must be extremely safe and precise, because I had to cancel trips I incurred high costs. my life and my home items are at risk.
