I had a traditional phone at my desk that required holding it and my company deactivated speaker capability outside of offices and conference areas. During audio meetings one of my hands was relegated to holding the phone or I would sit with my head sideways and try to work.Once this arrived in the mail (maybe 3 bus days w/ standard shipping) I was able to plug it in and continue to work away during useless meetings. Only downside is that the cord is a bit long.

While the headset is functional, it has many issues. The volume is not loud enough, the connection is cuts in and out at times, one thing I did not think about when I purchased it was that the tow lines coming out of the headset are annoying. One the plus side, it is plug in and ready.

It really helps for me to have a headset with sound coming through both ears. I can hear calls clearly, and the microphone is very clear. They are comfortable and they have held up so far (one month). Plugged into my Avaya phone easily with no other fittings needed. I just wish I could get something affordable that blocks out call center noise.

While the product works with our phone system and is comfortable over ears, It is hard to hear the caller with other conversations going in the background. there is no way to increase the volume on the headset. Good product, just not for the environment we purchased it for.

It works in a fashionWorks direct to the phone, but when you put it with a switchbetween the phone handset and the headphonesyou only get to listen.that's okay for me if I am an a group call

I finally found a headset that works with our phones the only thing is when we record live we have to switch to the actual phone i think it is our software that does not record voices. But love the function otherwise.

Works well with my Nortel phone. Volume switch is cheap quality and headset is very light. OK quality for the price.

These may not be the cadillac of headphones, but they do just fine. Comfortable to wear and sound quality is good. I don't spend a lot of time wearing them, so can't verify they would be great for someone using them for long hours.
