I purchased this product at a discount for an honest review in return. When package came it was nice packaging. When opening I had a bit of a hard time figuring out how to open to get to battery compartment but once I got in there I was fine. WHen using the product I enjoyed the faster speed better because I felt as though it scrubbed my face much better. The product is easy to keep clean, it's sleek looking, and did a good scrub on my face.

I really want this to be a value. Very small, and turns off regularly. Not sure if it's the location of the on/off switch although it keeps turning off within a few seconds of using. In my opinion, it's very cheap as far as the attachment brush. (falls off easily...no "click", just sits in place). Further, I'm not able to find replacement brushes for it. I really should have done more research on it before buying it. It is way over priced. On the up side, the brush is really soft. To bad it didn't come on a stick, instead of the mechanical "egg" shaped thing. It's just a little bigger than the AA batteries that go in it. Not sure why it's so high in price.

I received my cleaner I was so excited but once I put the batteries in my excitement went to disappointment the brush head only barley hummed the product does not work I am disappointed because of it not working but I threw away the packaging so now I have a cleaner that just looks pretty and cannot be returned I am not happy.

First let me say that the customer service is excellent. I had a small issue with my first brush, but I was immediately sent a second brush within 2 business days.This brush is perfect for sensitive skin. I have very delicate skin, and this brush does the job without being overly harsh. Pair this brush with the right cleanser and your skin will love you.

This products works for about 10 seconds when I turn it on then begins to slow it's spinning and stops.

You get what you pay for and this thing was disappointing. Doesn't spin very fast and it's not waterproof so what's the point. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a nice one

I was so excited to get this! When I got it the package was cute. The directions were a little hard to find.i got it on time so I was happy. Mine is actually broken. When I got it, I put the batteries in and it did not spin. I do love it. I still clean my face with it but it didn't work/ spin like it said it would

Will break your face out. I got small bumps everywhere. My face shines sometimes but dang, I have never had so many bumps in my life. #fanoftrashcanitem!!
