After a LOT of research and reading reviews I decided to order this in large, white for our new labradoodle puppy. I needed something that would be safe, easy to clean and rust proof. This is plastic, so no sharp edges, not metal to cut the puppy on. It's very sturdy, nice and large. Plus as it's not metal, any 'accidents' can be cleaned up and not cause rust which could harm the puppy and damage my cream carpet. Love that you can put this in any shape to suit your needs, and any size. Any additional panels not being used can be used to block of doors, gaps etc. Highly recommend this for any puppy parents.

Very easy to assemble - there is a right way up (filled in diamond shape to the top, otherwise the door catch just falls out). My Rough Collie pup loves it, we keep it mostly open and only close it when she’s asleep or we are out of the room. She heads straight into it whenever she’s tired or wants to play with her toys on her own. At night we join the two open ends together so it’s more secure. I glued a little strip of rubber rug liner to the base of each panel so it’s less likely to slide on the laminate floor. Like others, we don’t use the gate because it’s too far off the floor, but it’s not a big deal to pull the rod out each time and open the panel. I don’t know for how long it will work as a playpen as she gets taller and heavier, but the panels will be used in the future to block access to areas in the garden etc. Well worth the money for us during this early stage, being able to leave the room and practice separation whilst knowing she’s safe from harm.

This is really easy to assemble and use and makes a perfect contained area for our new pup. During much of the day we leave the little door open and she wanders in and out . When you leave the room or need to go out the puppy is secure with plenty of room to wander. We have a crate in one corner. Be aware though that as your pup gets bigger he may be able to climb onto the crate and jump out of the pen. Am currently looking for a cover to go on it !

If you want a puppy pen, go for it. We opted for this over a crate. Just personally felt this was a better option for new puppy. Super light and easy to move about.Couple of negatives.12wk old Puppy is already jumping up and standing up. So in a few months this I don’t think it will be a long term pen. Consider the other x8 panel model that is taller.The latch is annoying, there is a nut on a thread that is presumably to lock the latch tight. It keeps working it way up and jamming the latch. We don’t use it as dropping latch is secure enough.

Here is the pup exercise pen attached to the puppy play pen. This is a lovely set up for my future puppies. The purple exercise pen is very sturdy and lovely quality.And that you can add more panels if you want to is a bonus.Here set up with the aris puppy pen I have used the spare side secured onto the top to protect the puppies.Being plastic it won't rust like my old metal ones and also easy to clean.Just a shame that the purple exercise pen doesn't come with a base for all those puppy toilet accidents.

We tried metal frame pen but returned it because puppy’s legs may be trapped into the frames when trying to jump out of the pen. This one is at the right height for our 4 months Italian greyhound puppy which is a jumper. We bought 2. Put one in the garden make an enclosed area for her to play outside. It can also be used as safety gate to block entrance, protect our Christmas tree or prevent her going upstairs. Love the diversified use of this product.

Great product! Very versatile. Inside, outside, different shapes, can leave panels off. Sturdy... As it is tall our other dog cannot jump up or pull it over. Really easy to keep clean.The first one came with a pole missing but a new one was sent immediately. Although a pain to have to send back, amazon refunded the full postage, I just contacted them via online chat.Very happy, as is my puppy who has lots of room to have her bed, toys and pee pad in the corner and still has lots of room to play. This pen is not at all obtrusive. Easy to put up and take down and light enough to travel with.

Very easy to assemble, is sturdy and easy to clean. I use it for my daughters two energetic puppiesWhen they visit, to keep them safe while we go out. It has proven to be ideal and will also be used to section a room off when they're older. Extremely pleased with this purchase.
