These drops are even better than what I got from a previous company. The Vitamin D is in olive and MCT oil, and as Vitamin D is fat soluble, the oils help, Vitamin D needs to be taken with a source of fat. I take these drops because of the vitamin K2 included, because Vitamin K2 works together with Vitamin D3 to absorb it. The Vitamin K2 included in these drops is the MK-7, the best form of Vitamin K2. Most people in the UK are Vitamin D deficient, (just as most people are magnesium deficient) even more so those with darker skin tones. It seems to have helped with joint pain that I had, the pain is still there, but it has reduced. It's not anything else, the other supplements I'm taking, I've taken for over a year, but then stupidly I stopped taking Vitamin D3 and K2 for a few months, and noticed the difference. I also feel generally better since I've been taking these drops. The drops from this company, are far better than other companies, they've put an effort into producing a superior products, with all the right steps. The drops are more or less tasteless-they are so worth it!

The droplets didn’t work. So it was hard to measure the amount. Went back to my other brand. The seller gently offered a refund after knowing about my problem. Think is very thoughtful of them and a good customer service.

Where are the English Instructions? It does not tell you the dose or frequency - currently trying to source this before I use this product. I have to say I'm disappointed at the moment 🤔! Can anyone bilingual (German to English ) help translate please? I wish to make a huge APOLOGY 😯, regarding the instructions on the bottle. There are instructions on the label, * look for the flags of countries ie Union Jack, * peel back the label (blue arrow indicator) * 1 drop per day Thank you Germany (Vitamaze), and I hope you can please forgive 🙏me !? La vitamina K2 è un nutriente molto sottovalutato, solo nell’ultimo periodo ne sto scoprendo i suoi meravigliosi benefici dopo aver avuto problemi dentali, alle ossa e una lenta guarigione dopo un intervento. Non so perché non se ne parli abbastanza nel campo medico perché questa vitamina può dare immensi benefici come: - aumentare la densità ossea - curare le carie perché indirizza il calcio nei denti e ossa - aiutare a ridurre i rischi di cuore perché toglie il calcio dagli organi molli come arterie e cuore, - riduce pressione altra e tanto altro. Ho ricercato per molto tempo un marchio che potesse dare i benefici che ho ascoltato nei podcast, letture e di cui ho letto molto. Sembra che tutte le vitamine siano create in laboratorio, per cui non c’è quella sinergia con il corpo e quell’interazione con le nostre cellule. Questo marchio offre un buon prodotto ma, nel mio caso non ha dato nessun beneficio se non l’effetto placebo. Il prezzo è molto buono, e anche la dose è ottima (200 microgrammi) molto al di sopra della dose giornaliera; il ché è buono ma se non viene utilizzata dal nostro sistema non cambia nulla... Ricercando online sono venuto a conoscenza di un prodotto molto efficace per ossa, denti, capelli e gengive. La silice è fondamentale per tutto il nostro corpo ma, non se ne parla abbastanza nonostante sia essenziale per la formazione del collagene. Purtroppo dieta né carente per cui è necessario integrare, e io lo sto facendo con il prodotto di Ancient purity bambù. E' una polvere che mescolo con Yogurt o insieme ai miei pasti e mi permette di avere quel nutriente per il mio corpo. La vitamina D, K2 e C sono essenziali ma, la silice è qualcosa che da' al corpo un qualcosa di più. Non si trova facilmente su Amazon e il prezzo è caro ma, la mia bustina da 400 grammi mi dura un sacco...☀️ Per ogni integratore è essenziale che si utilizzi in forma naturale per avere i benefici sul corpo, nell’ultimo periodo mi sto liberando anche dalle forme sintetiche di vitamina c e tutti quei prodotti che contengono acido citrico perché ho scoperto che deriva dalla sinterizzazione da muffe per cui non proprio salutare per il nostro corpo. (Questa cosa mi ha sconvolto e tutt'ora non riesco a farmene una ragione, ho sempre assunto integratori facendo attenzione alle etichette ma capire che alcuni integratori sono sintetizzati da muffe che possono danneggiarci mi ha rattristito un sacco). La migliore forma della vitamina K2 è la Mk4 perché viene assorbita e utilizzata in maniera efficiente, nonostante questo alterno con la forma mk7 per sicurezza (perché si dice che questa forma rimane nel corpo per più tempo). E’ importante assumere anche la vitamina D e magnesio per avere un risultato immediato e visibile in poche settimane. Sono sempre più convinto che si possa guarire da tutto se diamo al nostro corpo i nutrienti di cui è carente, e la vitamina K2 è uno di questi. Per accelerare il processo di guarigione si potrebbe utilizzare anche lo zolfo organico (chiamato MSM) ma, dipende sempre dai proprio sintomi; nel mio caso ha funzionato a diminuire i miei dolori e migliorare la qualità della mia vita e reso trascurabile la mia stanchezza cronica. A chiunque stia cercando il modo per guarire sé stesso auguro davvero di trovare la vita e avere pazienza, perché tutto quello che rimane nel tempo richiede tempo. Grâce à ces gouttes, mon niveau de vitamine D reste très convenable. J’ai plus de 80 ans. Les personnes de mon âge ne synthétisent plus les rayons du soleil. Je consomme deux portions de poissons gras par semaine , une gélule d’oméga 3 ( huile de poisson) et 5 gouttes ( = 5000 UI ) de vitamine D3 par jour. Selon les experts, il est important d’associer la vitamine D3 à la vitamine K2 afin que le calcium se fixe plus dans les os que dans les artères. Grâce à ce régime le taux de vitamine D sanguin reste stable et au-dessus de la moyenne.

Suerte que hay traductores,el bote me llegó en alemán...importante para saber la dosificación. 1 gota al DÍA = 1000 UI (unidad internacional). En su día,para bajar los niveles altos de paratirina (nada que ver con paratiroides),el endocrino me recetó vitamina D en ampollas para subir los niveles muy bajos que tenía (es largo de explicar pero hay relación directa entre vitamina D,calcio y hormonas de la paratirina)....lo indico ya que para tratar esto cada ampolla MENSUAL eran de 15.600 UI aprox lo que equivale a unas 500 UI al día. Cierto es que en 6 meses no sirvió de nada y me doblaron el tratamiento, 1 ampolla cada 15 días que ya se ajusta a las 1000 UI diarias que suelen tener la mayoría de productos de vitamina D.....eso si funcionó,me subió la vitamina D a valores normales y la paratirina también bajó a niveles normales. Tener en cuenta que la vitamina D se almacena en el cuerpo,que por ahí leo a gente que se toma muy felizmente 7 gotas diarias que serían 7.000 UI.....es malo que te falte vitamina D pero también es malo para los riñones y otros órganos pasarse en el tratamiento. Un detalle a tener en cuenta es que hay que ir con cuidado con el dosificador de gotas,hay que apretar despacito,y sinceramente,la gota es tan pequeña que parece que no te tomes nada...yo la echo en una cuchara para asegurarme que me la tomo,como lo haga en un vaso cabe la posibilidad que esa gota acabe en el lateral del cristal y no te la tomes creyendo que si lo has hecho.....hubiera preferido una cápsula,pero también es cierto que de gota en gota,con este bote de 50 ml hay para varios años
