And in typical protein/power bar fashion the Enjoy life Cocoa Loco CHEWY BAR doesn’t taste like a candy bar or brownie. Flavor-wise, the bar itself is slightly bland in a protein bar-kind of way, with the chocolate chips doing the heavy lifting in terms of imparting the actual chocolate flavor, which also is typical of many power/and protein type bars.And while, yes, there is definite room for improvement, I have had far worse power /and protein bars, and snack bars, and also, I am one of those people that actually kind of likes vegetarian-to-vegan protein bar and power bar type foods.So with that in mind, if you don’t mind power/and protein bar type snacks, then this is definitely worth trying to decide if it will work (or not) as a snack for you, or the kids, as not everyone is looking for a cake or candy-type of vegan snack.
