I think this s a great product! I take it every morning with a cup of warm lemon water, and I have been feeling much more alert since I began this routine. It took me a few doses to get used to the oil taste, although the taste is quit neutral, and now I find it so easy to ingest.

I been using this product for years
This is a great product. A lot of people do t realize it but this works great for anyone who has skin issues. It clears up my daughter’s eczema flare up. Within days.

Need to improve the bottle -hard to squeeze the oil out. The taste is bitter
It's a good product it's a bit better and it is hard to squeeze the oil out --- you have to be careful when you are squeezing it. They should come up with a better bottle.

The taste is delightful. It takes some added pressure to squeeze the thick bottle. It's not a lot of volume, but a good price per that fact.

Best Choice
I bought this for my butcher block countertops. They are new in my home and needed to be seasoned so they can be kept in premium condition. This is a little pricey for my use, but well worth the money. It’s clear with no smell and no grit. It added a beautiful hue to my washed out, dry countertops. It’s just pure food grade flax seed oil so no need to think you are being cheated with additives that are unsafe for foods. I love how the grain of the wood has been enhanced. Below are 2 pics.
