What attracted me to the CUK MSI GE75 from Computer Upgrade King is that I could get what I wanted in a gaming laptop at a fairly reasonable price, and I wouldn't have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for it to be delivered. This laptop ticked all of the boxes for me. Ninth generation core i7, 32GB RAM, lots of storage (4TB in total), a high performance video card, and a good keyboard. Most other brands were missing something; great video card but only 512GB SSD. Large storage but a lower grade video card. The one thing I might change is to upgrade the HDD to an SATA SSD drive. With 2GB of eNVM SSD on-board already, this isn't really a priority.My main concern was that the build quality might not be very good as I wasn't very familiar with MSI outside of motherboards and video cards. So I was pleasantly surprised by the quality fit and finish. The screen hinges are solid and securely hold the screen at any position. The Steel series keyboard is a breeze type on and the display is beautiful.My second concern was having the upgrades done by a third party like Computer Upgrade King. I usually do all of this myself, but there was no way I was going to get this configuration at the price I got it for. Once again, no need to be concerned here. The computer came with all of the protective plastic in place, and delivered as advertised.The main drawbacks are that the computer is heavy, the the power supply is quite large, the system gets very warm when running modern games, and the fans are pretty noisy when running at full blast. However, any computer you buy in this category are going to have these same issues to one degree or another. If you're looking for something light to travel with, I would recommend looking elsewhere. On the other hand, if you want a kick ass gaming / 3D design / video editing system / desktop replacement, this fits the bill perfectly.Overall, This computer is exactly what I wanted and I would recommend Computer Upgrade King to anyone thinking of buying one of these.

Pros+ All specs are amazing for most gaming on ultra settings+ Custom work is great; no parts came broken and monitor didn't come with dead pixels+ Keyboard lights are fun; a little confusing to configure, but once you get the hang of it, it's very customizable. Allows you to isolate colors to frequently used keys like the WASD set.+ Matte finish screen is great for working while in a room with windows+ Handles Photoshop perfectly and blasts through hardware stress tests+ The keys are relatively quiet and very comfortable for me; layout is decent, with the only major difference being the lack of the left-hand Windows Key, but the Fn key can be set to act as the window key if you want using softwareCons- The fans can be hurt from other rooms. It gets hot thanks to it's very powerful internals but the fans are as loud as most fans or if you turn on an AC unit... except it's exhausting hot air. Anyone sitting behind the laptop will get a face full of heat... which is hilarious and cool......... the first time...- Barely a con. Battery life suffers from the intense specs. This should be expected and is not a major detriment to a gaming level laptop that is this slim.

Great machine, very fast. The SSD speed and wireless downloading is fantastic. This replaced an older MSI GT70 of mine and it was well worth it!

I will NEVER buy from this company again.Is it fast? Yes, it's fast.Is the display beautiful? Yes, it's gorgeous.Battery life? Pretty much non-existent, but this machine is a beast and that will eat the battery up. Gotta stay plugged in.If it's fast and beautiful, what's the problem?The network card is a Killer card, and it's absolutely 100% garbage. This network card CONSTANTLY disconnects from wifi. When I say constantly, I mean 5-10 times per hour. Sometimes it's not quite so bad, but that's the rate on a regular basis. Sometimes, it's even worse. The wifi icon on the taskbar will sometimes still show a connection, but there isn't one. I have to disconnect and reconnect to get back. This is supposed to be a gaming laptop, but that's impossible if it won't hold a connection to the internet.This is the only device on the network that has any problems. It has been tested with other devices connected, and also with the laptop being the only device connected. It's the network card, and a google search of the card will show an overwhelming amount of negative reviews.If I pay $2,000 for a laptop, I expect it to work immaculately. It should not be made with trash parts.BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

First time purchase of a this type of powerful computer. Loven it!

I like the graphics and the smoothness on games. I dislike how the laptop had one of my game crashed. If it continues I'm going have to raise it as a an issue.

This definitely was worth every single cent. I absolutely love this computers and plays like most desktop pc builds out there. Definitely met my expectations. Great cooling, great performance, quality laptop.
