Good product!

I bought 3 more sets of this dessicant. The humidity cards in these new sets showed 10% humidity. I was sceptical since my first 3 needed recharged before use so I tested these just like I did the others.The only difference was that my 2nd purchase was completely charged and ready to use in spite of the reading on their humidity indicator.I wondered why there was a difference so I examined the bags that my 1st order came in and found a number of small holes when I hydro tested them. How or why there were holes is a mystery since the contents were double bagged & heat sealed.The 2nd set was perfect and the first set seems to be working well after recharging so I I upgraded my rating.I don't have any issues or problems about buying this product again from this vendor.Old review below ‐-----‐-------‐----------I bought 3 packages of this dessicant. Upon arrival the humidity indicator card showed it was saturated. The indicator card was pink at the 40% dot. I thought it was probably a defective indicator so I opened the other 2 sets and they were the same. I wanted to be certain if the indicators were defective or the dessicant itself was saturated. I had previously bought several different types of indicator cards from Amazon. I put each set of dessicant in it's own dry ammo can with the provided humidity indicator. I also put 2 different humidity cards in each can. 3 cans, 3 different indicator cards all showed the product was saturated.Just be aware that you may not be able to use them right out of the package.The shipping was fast but strange. I ordered 3 sets of these dessicants on the same order by changing the quantity on the order form but Amazon (or the seller) split my order into 3 separate orders. Each set came in it's own bag and was mailed separately. All 3 arrived at the same time but that's OK.I just ordered 3 more sets and it was split into 3 seperate separate orders again. Not a complaint, just an observation.I'll update this review after my new order arrives and I can see if they arrive dry or damp.I have used these bags for a number of years. As the instructions say, the bags melt easily. I cover them completely with aluminum foil and it helps. When I do burn one, I dump the contents into an old sock and use it anyway.So, fast shipping, damp product. I would have given 5 stars if it had been useable immediately.

Seems to be working. My old ones wore out in my safe, so I needed to replace them.

Great packaging and delivery. Not so happy about the moisture control. I placed 4 bags on my small safe and after one week the moisture didn't drop from the top dot. I'm going to place 4 fresh ones and if it doesn't improve I'll have to bring the rating down to 1.

I'm sorry report that these packets are not lasting 30 days in a two foot square safe. The safe is in perfect condition with tight seals. The packets did not have humidity indicators. I had to buy them separately.

I ordered 12 of these. They come activated as per the seller, so DO NOT try to activate them on arrival, mistake I made. After 6 months of use as per seller they can be reactivated at 245 degree F in oven, but be aware that they melt at 275 degree F. So it is very difficult to maintain the temperature in the residential oven as that is a very narrow margin. Otherwise they work as the desiccants, as they are supposed to do.
