GREAT TASTING HONEY!
I'm a honey fanatic. I never tried this brand but have a high degree of trust in Amish-made products. This was fantastic honey that I will certainly purchase in the future.

Not very chestnut-like
I am somewhat disappointed with this product, it has little of the chestnut character I was looking forward to. This honey is crystallized; I've never before seen crystallized chestnut honey. The nature of the varietal is not to crystallize and I wanted, and was expecting, a luxurious liquid honey. I'm also used to chestnut honeys that have a lovely and intriguing boldness of flavor, a pleasing smoky quality and sophisticated bitter aftertaste, but this honey's chestnut flavors are so faint, it is hard to detect much chestnut nuance. And it is too sweet, far sweeter than any chestnut honey I've had. I am forced to wonder if this chestnut honey was diluted with other honeys.

Weak flavor
It's not as strong a flavor as other brands of chestnut honey but it's ok. Next time, i'm going back to my regular brand. I used it in espresso. Also, interestingly thick, you can cut it with a knife.

Great flavor
Legit chestnut honey like I have tasted in the Georgian Republic. I highly suggested it.
