It fit and is comfortable. Helps me stand up straight! I wear it while working and picking up grandchildren!!!!!!

It has made my back more comfortable and less pain. I can do yard work and heavy lifting without the aggravation of pain. More comfortable than the larger braces. great job.

These are not what was listed to buy , I already bought 2 others and they are just like this one.Picture that is in the listing is wrong.

Bought it months ago, unfortunately was not used much after first few days. Not sure it is any better than what is normally seen in this category for supports.

I think the Copper Fit Back Support will serve me well. I’ll use it for back and abdomen support. I think it has a minor safety issue. I got it 4/12/21. When I was putting it on or taking it off, I felt pain at base of one of my finger nails. Something on the support velcro "system" had cut me. I inspected it & think I was cut by what the velcro sticks to (I'll call it velcro base (VB)). I suspect I was cut by one of corners at end of VB where the white tag is. But, having worked in administration and been cut by paper, I can very well see how one could be cut by the relative sharp edges of both the VELCRO & VB. Sharp edges need to be made smooth like other part of the support. Also, I wish the small/medium size was a little longer, like my older support.

While this is not the miracle product that Brett Favre would have us believe, it is a most effective back support. I am 67, have some arthritis in my lower back and occasional back spasms. This back support is much more effective than some of the bulkier orthopedic back braces I have tried. It can be worn as snuggly as desired. It generally fits unseen under most clothes, though I have some slacks that are too tight to accommodate it. It has supported my back during several stumbles that would previously have resulted in spasms. It also supports during heavy lifting. I have taken to wearing it to bed at night because I used to wake up with a stiff back and I no longer do so. 70 lbs. ago, it would have been uncomfortable to wear, but at 185 lbs., it feels good when I notice it, but I mostly forget I'm wearing it. If you want support but don't expect miracles, this support will work for you. I would say it is effective for mild to moderate back pain.

My problem is not muscular, so the pain will never go away, but this belt helps hold in my stomach which gives me better posture. The best thing about this belt is how tight I can adjust it w/ it's stretching ability...& the closure is tight & hasn't changed since new.

Amazon should not sell this product. Buckles in the back make it uncomfortable to sit down with it on. Pictures on Amazon don't show the buckles. Granddaughter has one like this without the buckles and that's what I thought I was ordering. Could not return.
