Alex Spa 5 Metallic Hair Chalk Pens Girls Fashion Activity

Our 6 year old wanted hair chalk but I was putting it off because of the mess! I saw these and I have to say they are fantastic! They are in a casing that screws up and down (like deodorant) so there is no mess! They glide over the hair with an almost creamy texture yet they show great color! It stays on all day and washes of easily. *Just a warning of course that it IS transferable so be sure to mind that example white or light tops and pillows etc. It comes in a great package and makes a perfect gift!

My great Niece loved this, we could change the color of her bangs after each hair wash. The colors are very beautiful they show up well in her strawberry blonde hair. The only thing I didn't like was that after running the markers through her hair a few times her hair cut through the crayon portion of it. But I will definitely get them for her again.

My daughter has been asking to color her hair so I thought the hair chalk would be a great alternative to hair dye because you know toddlers change their minds all the time. The hair chalk is fun to play with and we had a great time playing hair salon. They are a bit hard to apply and you have to push a bit hard to get the color to show. The color doesn't last very long and washes right out with sweat or in the shower.

They get everywhere. And I mean everywhere. Don't let these things anywhere near a two year old. My 11 year old loved them, my wife and I did not after my two year old had her way with them all over the house. Can't give them a low rating for that, just a word of warning.Worked pretty well int he girls hair though. I can't comment on how long they last because they were promptly spread all over my house.

My daughter LOVED these! Everyone said they had issues with them being dried out but you have to be patient as you apply them. They are chalk pens, not gel. It helps if you lightly dampen an inch width of hair prior to application.I bought one for my daughter who is blonde and one for my niece who has dark brown hair and they worked well on both of them.

We normally love these hair chalks, but we were sent long ago expired product this time, and it’s discolored. Says expired 7/21. The green is brown and the blue is a light purple. Birthday kid was disappointed.

Only 3 even show up in our daughter's blonde hair. The blue hardly has any color at all, and no matter how much I put on her hair it doesn't color her hair at all. Yellow is too close to her hair color, and I would expect it to be vivid yellow. Green also doesn't show and hardly looks green directly in the pen. Purple has a bit more tint and shows up a little. Pink is the only color that shows up and is close to my daughter's liking.The color that transfers to her hair is a bit lighter than the pens look. As you can see the green has no green tint to it all. Daughter is disappointed, so am I.
