Go to IKEA instead
This is cheap! The laminate is chipped in several places and one of the main trim pieces was improperly drilled so it doesn't fit, leaving me with a broke ass looking cabinet 😡. Do yourself a favor, just go to IKEA.

Cam locks too weak to support weight!
If I could give less stars on the PRODUCT I would. Customer service on getting it refunded was kind of difficult. I actually am not sure if we are getting a full refund but here's the breakdown.This "Carson forge line" is so pretty. However it's also of higher quality wood. Therefore heavier.In most cases this would be a plus however this line has a problem in that the cam locking system is too weak to maintain the weight of the furniture.My husband and I, both good at constructing furniture, ordered 5 pieces total from the line. 3 were defective. All from different sellers. We don't bother opening the last two because we saw the same problem in 3 out of the 5 and figured it would be best to cut our losses.This item was particularly disappointing because it's obvious the wood needs support, however the cam locking system is a janky, Walmart quality, "hardware" system.As a result the pieces are off and not strung and not safe to move around. It's a shame because they really are beautiful. However we need things that work and these DONT work.Don't .... Just don't

Don’t even think about it!
I even hired professional handy men and they could not get this product put together correctly. It is cheaply made and parts just broke off trying to put it together. Ikea is bad but you’re worse.

Some parts were damaged in shipping. The company shipped replacement parts with no questions asked. Other than that great unit.

horribly complicated to put together
If I could give negative stars- cheap materials, horribly complicated to put together. Do not attempt to do this with only one person. It takes way longer than the piece is worth to put it together. Instructions to put it together are fine- but really difficult to align it well enough so that when the doors go on they are well situated.There are 3 hinges on each door that can be adjusted for horizontally or vertically. Not fun. Crooked piece of crap.

Excellent Customer Service
This is a beautiful piece of furniture for our home. It took a while to put together, but the instructions were very easy to follow. We were disappointed as the top was damaged in transit. I contacted the company and the company shipped me a new one in a few days without any questions. Very happy with the armoire for the price.
