I've been using the grill daddy for about a year now and I absolutely love this tool! It makes cleaning my grill so much easier than using a standard dry grill brush. The simple yet effective design of having a little water drip out to create steam which cleans the grill is brilliant. My original brush lasted about 9 months, and then it was time to replace due to the bristles wearing flat. The replacement head fits the body of the brush perfectly. Even comes with replacement wingnut and screws which is nice since the original ones have rusted out a bit. I'm being more careful to put a little less pressure on the brush when cleaning my grill so that my bristles last a little longer...basically letting the steam do all the work. This technique is working fine, but when it's time to replace the brush again, I will be ordering this product again.

On July 10, 2013, I purchased a grill daddy brush and this replacement brush to have it as spare. When the items arrived, I notice that the replacement brush was too small and did not fit the brush. I filed a request for an exchange with Amazon/seller and was told that instead a refund for the amount that I paid would be provided and credited to my account. It has been more than a month and the refund was never credited to my account. I went to check on my Amazon account and the refund request is not even recorded. I would not recommend taking chances in buying this product due to lack of honesty and integrity. Since it does not fit the brush that I purchased, I would give it 1 star as I can't rate it any lower. It is simply useless.

The first two times this brush worked great but now it just doesn't clean the grill as good. Replace the brush after using it twice then it works well.

I don't grill that often. When I do, my tendency is to let the grill cool down and then put it away without cleaning the grill grates until the next time I pull the grill out. Using the Grill Daddy has changed my cleaning habits for the better. Now, after finishing the cooking, I bring out the Grill Daddy and go to work on the grates while the grill is still hot. The water dispenser generates a good steam as the wage contacts the hot grill. Now when I put the grill away, the grill grates have been cleaned and are free of stuck-on food debris. I have recommended the item to som elf my grilling buddies.

I got this brush to replace my tired old one. What a difference it has made. My grates are clean as new now. So simple to use and install. If you have a gas grill, then this brush should be hanging next to your other tools on the side of your barbecue. This is a great product at a great price. You've got to get one!

Unless you have a ridiculously large grill this thing is WAY OVERSIZED! We have the regular Grill Daddy and the hole for filling with water is quite small, but the product itself works brilliantly. I chose this one for my dad since the opening appeared larger and therefore easier to fill. Upon opening the product we have died laughing as this is HUGE and designed to be used with two hands to use across the grill. Stick with the regular one and just be patient while filling it with water. I'm honestly too embarrassed to give this as a gift, but my husband insists it will be worth the look on my dad's face and the additional laughter that follows!

After using the original brush and tool for a couple of years, it was time to replace the brush. At first I hesitated, thinking it might be too much trouble to remove the old one and attach the new one. I could not have been more wrong. The brush brings three new screws and it takes about two minutes to remove the old screws and attach the new brush, with the new screws provided. Now you have a brand new tool, for half the cost of replacing the whole thing. Brilliant!!

No instructions and the unit has metal tines. Should one come off and you swallow it, you are in for a bad time in the emergency room (from what one hears). I returned it.
