These are nice and thick, but I wish I hadn't been fooled by the line in the description that says "works with all laminators" or something like that. I have a simple Scotch 3- and 5-mil laminator. It doesn't get hot enough to seal these perfectly... there is some foggy, imperfectly-sealed edge on most of my 100s of laminated cards. harrumph.

I have been a youth soccer coach for years. When our sons started playing I bought a GBC laminator to laminate the passes at home rather than at Kinkos. Things always come together at the last minute in youth soccer and the players must have signed laminated player passes with their pictures for the league games or they can not play. Buying a laminator was a life saver from a coaching and managing perspective. I found these pouches worked great. They are thicker and sturdier than film so they hold up for years and keep everything sealed. My only complaint s that I could not find them in the local office supply stores after a while so I as pleased to find them on Amazon. Aside from player passes, you can find all sorts of uses these pouches, like business cards, luggage tags, frequent buyer cards, labels, etc... They are great!

Easy to use, works good

This design is closed at the short end which makes a much better seal since laminaters recommend that you put the short end through first. Watch for this. There are some where the sealed side is on the long edge and they may bubble.This is also the perfect thickness to use with Teslin. The result is as thick and strong as a credit card, and you can trim right to the edge of the perforated Teslin and it will stay perfectly sealed.Good product.

Purchased these for our credit union, where we use these to laminate membership cards. We've been purchasing these for a couple of years now and the product has always been excellent. I've tried other brands, but there would often be "duds" in the box that wouldn't seal properly. These are usually pretty good and seal pretty easily.

These are 7mil thick. Perfect for ID badges and luggage tags. Would recommend.

The good - after use it is very clear and sturdy.The bad - Pouches are NOT rectangular! As per product description: "The pouches measure 2.19 x 3.69 Inches" but in reality before and after use these were not rectangular, there was a very noticeable difference in the end dimensions (2.19" vs 2.30"). Had to use 4 pouches due to a time issue with a project, all were similarly off size before and after. The remaining 96 are not worth the hassle of using and then trimming. Attached image shows post lamination. It shows how obvious a rectangular card does not align with he edges and why EVERY pouch required trimming to be presentable.

I have been using this product for 2 years now and its simply the thickest most durable laminate I can find. I haven't had any issues with bubbling, or areas that over heat or under heat. I use this to make name tags for kids. Being 10 mil in thickness really makes this a durable product.
