NP1 lasts 10 years-MN freeze/thaw climate in concrete joints, Far better laydown than Tremco brand!
Even the Corporate office address is still in Minnesota (MN) after the name change on the tubes from BASF to Master Builders Solutions. The Amazon description is out of date Amazon by most sellers it seems. Interesting that you have to buy and ship across country to get best prices! And local contractor supply houses jack you on the prices, so that option is out. This is the same material I used in 2009 and lasted 10 years in harsh numerous repeating freeze/thaws of climate in metro MN on south facing concrete driveway. If MasterSeal brand NP1 was still made in Redwood Tan, color I would've grabbed one of those on-line. I bought one competing brand from Tremco branding in 10 oz tube size to match colored stamped concrete, color matched, but the laydown on this brand of a polyurethane really SUCKED!! Don't buy that competing brand!! "Tremco 116 Vulkem Polyurethane High-Performance Sealant, Redwood Tan" That brand for me was an extreme underperformer when applying this summer and didn't grab onto concreate and seal joint like NP1 does. I sadly had to use a color I didn't want to use on my red concreate (the NP1 Limestone color) area just off my normal concrete colored driveway.Needless to say I'll be buying NP1 single urethane again in the future with its proven track record on my large concrete driveway I want to last, and will never touch Tremco branded products with poly urethane again, they don't seal well and material is well homogenized coming out of tube, you have to force more into a joint to get it to even stick, NOT GOOD, I'd stay away from Tremco brand out there and go with Master Builders Solutions MasterSeal NP1, formerly under the BASF Brand family as illustrated on most out of date photo graphics from Amazon resellers. Concrete contractors have also indicated this NP1 has been used by contractors on concrete joints on highway bridges and in parking ramps in MN climate, so its a respectable quality product that is reasonably priced in comparison to other products, don't forget appropriate sized back rod foam folks on your concrete joints! Joints last longer and you'll save money on caulking expense.

The very best sealant
I first used this product in the fall of 2015 to seal up cracks in the barn's threshold of railroad ties. It is still there and still a bit pliable. Nothing else will last that long and stay bonded. Great product.
