No unfortunately, it wil cover at least 5 mm as you can see, even the benq one, unless you want to compromise I don't think you will find for that tyof monitor, they need grip to hold on to something...

The light bar is a little loose and the light drops off gradually, what should I do?

Hi, our screen light with remote control has two silicone pads at the 2 pivots, after removing the pads you can use the small tool in the package to adjust the tightness of the screws, please see the video for details of the process
