My monitor has a very thin bezel, 1-2mm. Will this fit without obscuring the top of the screen?

No unfortunately, it wil cover at least 5 mm as you can see, even the benq one, unless you want to compromise I don't think you will find for that tyof monitor, they need grip to hold on to something...

The light bar is a little loose and the light drops off gradually, what should I do?

Hi, our screen light with remote control has two silicone pads at the 2 pivots, after removing the pads you can use the small tool in the package to adjust the tightness of the screws, please see the video for details of the process

My light flickers sometimes. Does anyone know why?
