Foamalin (TM) Pre-Twinkle Violin Trainer & Bow - 1/10

We ordered this violin to replace the traditional box violin that Suzuki teachers usually employ to teach hand placements and bow hold. With my son being 2.5, the box version didn't last the ride home, but this is nearly unbreakable. It, I think, will also be an easier transition for him to the real violin in a year or so.As far as YM, they were amazing. Really. I accidentally used an old address for shipment. I notified them online, a real person called within 24 hours to let me know what was going on, and they found a way to get it to me without having to reorder. They were better than good. I will make sure to use them in the future.

This was not for me, but a Christmas gift. It still made a good addition to the toy instruments and prayerfully a starter in the violin one day

The media could not be loaded. I did 4 stars because the neck of the violin is a little weak.

Really good quality. Very thick foam.

Mind you, this is just a piece of foam. 3 stars because it serves the purpose for us - violin for one year old

The foamalin was a recommendation for my daughter violin class. very useful, light, and I can see the improvement with my child.

This is great for beginner violins. I love how they added the foam piece for the child to practice keeping their bow in the eight place

My 3-year old granddaughter wanted a violin for her birthday. She was enchanted with this one, and happily played along with the book 1 Suzuki piano CD.
