Easy to install and easy to flash with a regular lead pipe flashing for composition or a PVC pipe flashing for the low sloped roofing systems. Make sure you seal the top of the pipe flashing with caulking and a pipe clamp to keep it water tight. As a roofing contractor i use these all the time.
