Hubbell-Bell LT100WH Standard Outdoor Flood Light Lampholder, White

I live in N.Ca. Things are hard to find, and when I do find them, they are overpriced, plastic, just not what I want. I always go to Amazon now and look up what I need... I have never been disappointed.These fixtures are so far above the quality and the price so low of any of the products available to us up here, my boss gave me a raise for being " on top of it". Thanks to the company, thanks to Amazon.I only shop amazon now, and my co workers and friends are starting to do the same. I trust any company that works with amazon. Never been disappointed.

I just replaced three of my outdoor automatic flood light fixtures with these units, and they work very well. They were relatively easy to install myself. I really like the waterproof gasket that comes with these fixtures, as the standard PAR30 flood lights fit snugly in them, keeping the rainwater (and subsequently the corrosion) out. This is what caused my old fixtures to fail - no waterproof gasket which caused corrosion. All you need to install is a screwdriver and pipe thread sealant (if you really want to make it waterproof). Good, sturdy product.

I received these Hubbell Taymac LT100S Standard Outdoor Flood Light Lampholder, Gray, two of them for a light project for the Patio and I really like the quality. These have the heft and feel of a well made product and the rubber lip around the socket will surely keep out bugs and other debris. I've used other lampholders of this type and the aluminum and lightness just seems to beg for failure. This product seems better made and of higher quality. 5 Stars.

I had installed several Taymac boxes and now added several spotlights. Color matches and seems to be a perfect fit. Easy to install and wire. But, I found the same item at Home Depot for a few dollars less! Oh well, you pay for convenience!

These appear to be well-made with a nice finish and ceramic socket. The rubber gasket is nice and flexible and should seal well. Even the joint screw and coupling is gasketed to prevent water intrusion. A little silicone seal on the threads should complete the seal. Grounding screw where the wires exit is a good safety feature to ensure proper grounding.

Good replacement parts for outdoor light fixtures. These are not marine grade and will rust over time but they should give 10 years of service unless near salt water.

The gasket is a great idea but unfortunately do not keep out all water and they only seem prolong the life a few months longer. I have already replaced two..

Not much to review.It's a light fixture. Seems like a quality part, it's working well and it was a great value
