Loke Giant Book of Battle Mats Volume 2

I love these maps so much, I bought pretty much all the versions I could find, which leads to my only real complaint, minor as it is...There's some overlap between the various books of maps from Loke, so if you buy a lot, you'll see repeats, in different sizes, of some of the maps.But that's a very small criticism. The maps are beautiful, they take writing and erasing easily, and the various books tend to connect with each other fairly easily. They're very immersive, and good for brainstorming encounters and planning ahead in regard to npc tactics. And if you have a few of them, you can make some fairly large encounter and/or chase scenes.I like them a lot.

I am an enormous fan of the Loke line of battle mats. I have previously used a blank dry erase grid for most of my combat encounters, and this is such a huge improvement. The books themselves are very well thought out. Being spiral bound means that you can lay the book completely flat or fold it into itself and always have a level playing field. The laminated material means that you can use wet or dry erase markers to make alterations to the map and they've even released a series of static cling add-ons that you can use to add trees buildings traps etc to your map. There's a pretty wide variety of locations represented in the artwork that cover most of your typical fantasy battlegrounds. All in all a fantastic product and well worth the expense!

This second book of battlemaps contained battlemaps, which was the point, so well done.

A awesome tool to have to up your game. Stop those boring Dry erase lines, switch to full detailed ale rooms an ruins.

Great quality and easy to use and combine with the other books. I have 5 of these now and it makes the whole town and wilderness exploration aspect of DnD so much easier.

These maps are super handy in creating adventure almost on the fly for your D&D or RPG games.

I thought for the price it was worth buying this product and give it a try. I was impressed enough that I went and bought the Giant Book of Battle Mats (vol 1) also.

I run a few different games and use these books for all my adventures they great especially for travelling to different venues.Thanks Loke, I can’t wait for volume three!!
